AI Panel and Prompt Writing

The AI Panel is your main control center in Build Mode.

Modes

Agent: creates or updates dashboard widgets
Chat: answers questions without changing widgets
Auto: helps with quick "start from idea" generation

Add widget helps you ask for a specific output type (chart, KPI, table, filter).
Add context lets you include selected widgets in your next request.

Use context when you want AI to improve existing results instead of creating everything from scratch.

How to write better prompts

Start with one clear goal
Mention metric + time period + grouping
Avoid combining many unrelated requests

Good example:

"Show monthly revenue and profit for 2025, grouped by month."

If AI output is not what you expect

Simplify the request
Add missing details (period, region, product group)
Try one widget at a time
