HR Hiring and Attrition Dataset Example

This dataset combines talent acquisition, workforce composition, and attrition signals in one model for people analytics. candidates captures hiring funnel flow and offer/hire outcomes, employees captures current team structure and compensation context, and attrition_events captures departure timing and reason groups.

Because these sheets are connected by employee and timeline logic, the dataset is effective for building HR dashboards that answer operational and strategic questions together: time-to-hire trends, offer conversion quality, high-risk departments, and workforce stability by role/location. For demos, it clearly shows how AI-generated widgets can move from recruiting KPIs to retention diagnostics without switching data sources.
