Ask and build

Steps

1. Make sure the right file is Set in Datasets.
2. Open Build.
3. Type what you want, for example Revenue by month for 2025.
4. Read the result. If it is close, ask a follow-up. If it is wrong, simplify the question.

You do not need a chart builder. Say the metric, the time, and how to group it.

Two useful ways to ask

• Just explain: Why did sales drop in March?
• Make a dashboard: Show monthly revenue and a KPI for total sales
