Use sharing when someone needs view-only access to your dashboard.

How sharing works

Build Mode can create a snapshot link of your current dashboard page.

You can:

• create a new link
• update an existing shared snapshot
• enable or disable link access

Good sharing practice

• Check data and filters before publishing
• Update the snapshot after major edits
• Add context when sending the link (what period, what KPI, what decision)
