I cannot sign in

Try this:

1. Check internet connection.
2. Restart the app.
3. Start sign in again.

Dataset upload fails

Try this:

• Use CSV, JSON, or XLSX.
• Make sure file is not corrupted.
• Try a smaller file first.

App is stuck on loading

Try this:

• Click retry on the loading screen.
• Close and reopen the app.
• Reboot your computer if needed.

Update does not install

Try this:

• Press Retry in update banner.
• Check internet connection.
• Install later if service is temporarily unavailable.
