Get a real file
Ask for a deck, a report, a proposal or a spreadsheet. You get a real file that opens in PowerPoint, Word, Excel or any PDF viewer. Nothing to convert.
Formats
| You ask for | You get |
|---|---|
| Slides, a deck, a presentation | PPTX |
| A document, a proposal, a guide, meeting minutes | DOCX |
| A printable report, an invoice, a quote | |
| A spreadsheet, a budget, a model, a tracker | XLSX |
| A plain table | CSV |
| Notes, a text to paste somewhere | Markdown |
Name the format if you care: "as a PDF", "in Excel". Otherwise Tabloy picks the natural one.
A monthly sales report as a PDF from this spreadsheet
A business proposal in Word for a website redesign
A budget tracker in Excel with a sheet for each month
Preview, then download
The file is built next to the chat and opens in the panel: a deck one slide per screen, a document page by page, a spreadsheet as a table. Page through it. When it is right, press Download in the panel.
From your files, your data or the web
- Attach a file and the document is written from it: "turn these notes into meeting minutes". See Images and files.
- In a chat with a dataset or a database, the numbers come from every row of your data, not from a sample. See Data.
- With Research on, the document is written from what Tabloy found on the web, with the sources listed. See Web research.
Change it
"Add a slide about pricing", "shorten the executive summary", "add a sheet for March". Tabloy makes a new version; the old one stays in the panel. See Change it by asking.
The same file every week
Put the request in an automation and the file arrives on schedule, in the app, by email, in Telegram or Slack. See Automations.
