Organizations
An organization is your team in Tabloy. One person pays, the others work on that plan.
What you get
- Seats on your quota. People you invite use your plan and your limits, not their own. Pro gives 5 seats, Pro+ gives 15. A member without a seat keeps their own plan and can still be part of the organization.
- Your own address. The organization gets
https://name.tabloy.ai. It opens the same Tabloy, with the organization's name in the sidebar. - Automation results for everyone. An automation can deliver to the organization: every member, or the people you choose, get the result by email.
- Spend per member. The owner and admins see how many requests each member made in the current period and what they cost.
Create one
Organizations come with Pro and Pro+.
- Open Organization in the sidebar.
- Type a name and an address. The address is 3 to 32 lowercase letters, digits and hyphens; Tabloy tells you at once whether it is free.
- Press Create organization.
One person owns one organization. A person who works on someone else's quota cannot own one.
Invite people
On the Organization page, type an email, choose a role and whether the person gets a seat on your quota, and press Invite. The person gets an email with a link. Opening it in Tabloy, they see who invited them and join with one click; the invitation is for that email only and lasts 14 days. You can revoke it before it is accepted.
A person can also see their invitations on the Organization page and accept them there.
Roles

Seats
A seat means the person's requests are counted on the owner's plan. The owner turns a seat on or off per member with the On my quota switch. When all seats are taken, the next person joins on their own plan until a seat frees up.
If the owner's plan is not paid, members work on their own plans until it is again. Nothing is lost: the seats come back with the plan.
A member on a seat sees the owner's plan and limits in Billing and usage, with a note saying whose they are.
The address
https://name.tabloy.ai is the same Tabloy with the organization's name. Signing in works as on app.tabloy.ai: you are sent to tabloy.ai and back. A session belongs to the address it was made on, so signing in at the organization's address does not sign you in at app.tabloy.ai, and the other way round.
The owner can change the address later; the old one stops working at once.
Automations
When you set up an automation, choose Organization as the destination. The result goes by email to every member, or only to the people you tick. Files the run built travel as attachments, up to 15 MB. See Where results go.
Leaving and deleting
A member leaves from the Organization page. Their requests use their own plan again from the next one.
The owner deletes the organization there too. Members keep their accounts and their own plans, invitations stop working, and the address is freed.
