Open Tabloy

Word, PDF and Excel

Documents you send to people and workbooks you keep working in. Real files, built from your request, your attached files or your data.

Word (DOCX)

Proposals, guides, policies, meeting minutes, resumes. Ask for the sections you want, or let Tabloy structure it.

Try these requests

A business proposal in Word for a website redesign: goals, scope, timeline, three price options, terms

Turn these notes into meeting minutes with decisions and action items

A one-page guide for new employees on how we handle expenses

PDF

Anything that will be printed or sent as-is: a report, an invoice, a quote, a one-pager.

Try these requests

A monthly sales report as a PDF from this spreadsheet, with a chart per region

An invoice for 12 hours of consulting at $120 an hour, due in 14 days

Excel (XLSX)

Budgets, trackers, financial models, planners, inventories, pivot summaries. Say the sheets and the columns you need; formulas are real formulas.

Try these requests

A budget tracker in Excel with a sheet for each month and a summary sheet with totals

A financial model for a coffee shop: revenue by month, costs, break-even, with the assumptions in a separate sheet

Turn this CSV into a workbook with a pivot by region and a chart

From your data

In a chat with a dataset or a database, the document uses every row of the data. A report says what the numbers show; a workbook carries the table itself. See Data.

Try this request

A workbook with one sheet per product line, the monthly revenue of each, and a summary sheet with a chart

Preview and download

The document opens in the panel page by page; a workbook shows as a table. Press Download for the file. Open it in Word, Excel or a PDF viewer; it is a normal file.

Change it

Ask in the same chat: "add a section on risks", "make the totals bold", "add a sheet for March". A new version appears; the old one stays. See Change it by asking.
