Open Tabloy

Change it by asking

Write the change in the same chat. Tabloy updates the result and keeps the earlier version.

Say what to change

Be concrete about the place and the change. Tabloy edits only what you asked for and leaves the rest as it is.

Try these requests

Make the header darker and the buttons round

Add a contact form to the visit page with name, email and message

Replace every photo with warm illustrations: coffee cups, beans, a roaster

The prices on the menu page are wrong: cappuccino is $4.50, latte is $5

Several changes in one message are fine. A vague one ("make it better") gets a vague result; say what "better" means to you.

What you see

The card in the chat shows the files being changed. The panel then shows the new version. Nothing you did not mention is touched: same text, same images, same pages.

Versions

Every change makes a new version. The panel has a version picker; open an older one to compare, or to go back to it. Versions never overwrite each other.

If a site is published, visitors keep seeing the published version until you press Update in the panel. The chat says when the published copy is behind.

Fix a problem

If something looks broken, say what and where: "the menu link on the home page opens the wrong page", "the form does not submit". Tabloy checks the pages after every change; telling it what you saw helps it find the cause.

Start over instead

For a different site, start a new chat. In the same chat, "rebuild the site from scratch as a one-pager" also works: it makes a new version of the same site.

The same for decks and documents

Everything on this page applies to slide decks, reports, Word and PDF documents and spreadsheets: "add a slide about pricing", "shorten the summary", "add a sheet for March". See Slides and documents.
