Updates
When a new version is out, the app shows a window with what's new. A line at the bottom of the side panel stays until you update.
- Windows: the button opens the Microsoft Store, where the update installs.
- Mac: the update downloads in the app. Press Restart to update when it is ready.
To see your version and what changed, press your account, choose Settings and open About.
The chat does not start
- Check that the disk has about 5 GB free.
- Open Settings, then Advanced, and press Install again. It puts the chat back in place and starts it. Your chats are kept.
- Still not working? In Advanced, under Services, press Show log, copy it and send it to support@tabloy.ai.
macOS will not open the app
Open System Settings, then Privacy & Security. Near the bottom there is a line about Tabloy. Press Open Anyway.
If the Mac says the app is not supported, you have the version for the other kind of Mac. Get the Intel version or the Apple silicon version.
Tabloy models are missing
- Check that you are signed in: your account is at the bottom of the side panel.
- Check the internet. When it comes back, Tabloy models return within seconds, with no restart.
- Check your requests: your account shows how many of this period are used.
Signing in does not finish
The app waits while you sign in in the browser. Keep it open. If the page in the browser was closed or expired, press Open the page again in the app.
A database does not connect
- Your computer must reach the database. Turn on the VPN if your office needs it.
- Check the host, the port, the user and the password.
- Turn on Encrypted connection (SSL) if the database needs it.
Start over
Settings, Advanced, Reset Tabloy removes the chat with all chats and uploaded files, the downloaded models and the settings, and signs you out. Your data and dashboards are kept. Use it only when nothing else helps.
