Something is wrong

Try these first:

1. Refresh the page.
2. Look at the message box. Is the right data attached?
3. Read the last lines in the chat. Tabloy usually says what happened.

I can't sign in

Open app.tabloy.ai in a normal browser window, not inside another app. Try another browser or a private window.

The file won't upload

• For numbers, use Excel, CSV or JSON. For text, any document works.
• Open the file on your computer and check that it isn't empty or locked.
• Check your storage on Billing and usage. Delete old files on the Data page to make room.

The answer uses the wrong data

Look at the message box. The chat has other data attached, or none. Remove it and attach the right one, or start a new chat from the Data page. See How data works in a chat.

A number looks wrong

Ask Tabloy which column and which rows it used. It tells you. Common causes: two columns with similar names, text mixed into a number column, dates that aren't marked as dates. Fix the file and upload it again. See Upload a file.

A build failed

The chat says why. Ask again with the change that fixes it, like "use only the first sheet", or ask in a new chat. A failed build doesn't count.

Research says it wasn't needed

Tabloy decides if a message needs the web. A greeting or a request to rewrite something doesn't. Ask a question that needs outside facts and it searches. See Research a question.

An automation paused

After three failed runs in a row, an automation pauses. Open it, look at its last runs, fix the cause and turn it on again. See Put a task on a schedule.

Nothing arrives in Telegram or Slack

Press Start in the Telegram bot, and check you are looking at the right Slack workspace. See Telegram and Slack.

The address is taken

Addresses on tabloy.page are shared by everyone. Pick another one. See Publish.

I can't find something I made

Open Resources on the left, under Work. Everything you made in any chat is there, newest first. Deploy lists everything that is online.

I reached a limit

The chat says which one and when it renews. See Limits.
